OUR MOST IMPORTANT ASSET- OUR STAFF
The Hospital has now about 60 employees.The entire staff believes in
team work and mutual respect; while the Management Team believes that
the continuous success of this hospital depends largely on its staff.
The Management Team believes that the staff should receive continuing
medical education through in-house training programs and by organizing
time to time meetings and seminars.Peer evaluation and close supervision
contribute much to Staff Development Programs of the hospital.
